Prepare for your session:
- Please show up on time or just a few minutes early.
- Wear comfortable clothing and grippy socks if you have them.
- Good vibes only — come prepared to get a great workout and leave feeling physically and mentally refreshed!
Recommended Equipment (for virtual clients)
- Pilates mat
- Mini exercise ball (preferably 8″ or 9″)
- Pilates ring or “magic circle”
- Resistance bands (light to medium tension)
