You can book up to 5 sessions at a time, up to 3 months in advance.

Prepare for your session:

  • Please show up on time or just a few minutes early.
  • Wear comfortable clothing and grippy socks if you have them.
  • Good vibes only — come prepared to get a great workout and leave feeling physically and mentally refreshed!

Recommended Equipment (for virtual clients)

  • Pilates mat
  • Mini exercise ball (preferably 8″ or 9″)
  • Pilates ring or “magic circle”
  • Resistance bands (light to medium tension)
