We’ll tailor every move to your personal goals and alignment, allowing you to ask questions and progress at a pace that feels right for you. No distractions, just results.

Duet Sessions

Grab a partner or a friend and let’s get moving! You’ll get the same expert guidance and attention to detail as a 1-on-1 session, with the added motivation of a workout buddy by your side.

Book up to 5 sessions at a time.

Prepare for your session:

  • Please show up on time or just a few minutes early.
  • Wear comfortable clothing and grippy socks if you have them.
  • Good vibes only — come prepared to get a great workout and leave feeling physically and mentally refreshed!

Recommended equipment (for virtual clients):

  • Pilates mat
  • Mini stability ball (preferably 8″ or 9″)
  • Fitness ring
  • Resistance bands
