I keep my classes small — just eight participants — so I can really focus on your movement and help you see results. For a more tailored experience, I offer 1-on-1 coaching designed to help you master your form and reach your specific goals. Send me a message if you’d like to book a private session.

Online rates:

Group classes – $15-18/person
1-on-1 private session – $60
Duet private session – $90

In-person rates:

1-on-1 private session – $80

Prepare for class:

  • Please show up on time.
  • Wear comfortable clothing; socks or barefoot is okay.
  • Keep your mic muted (unless speaking) and your video on; I can’t help correct your form if I can’t see you.
  • Be mindful of and respectful to others in the class.
  • Good vibes only — come prepared to get a great workout and leave feeling physically and mentally refreshed!

  • Pilates mat
  • Mini stability ball (preferably 8″ or 9″)
  • Fitness ring
  • Resistance bands
