Ingredients
- 1 lb of beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (such as canola or avocado oil)

Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade:
- In a bowl, combine orange juice, orange zest, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.

- Create the Sauce:
- In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Pour in the saved marinade and bring it to a simmer.
- Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
- Combine:
- Return the beef to the pan, tossing it in the thickened sauce to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve:
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot over steamed brown rice or your choice of grain.
