Need help signing up for a class or scheduling a 1-on-1 session? Call me at (904) 385-3020 and I’ll be happy to assist.

For online classes:

  • Please show up on time.
  • Wear comfortable clothing; socks or barefoot is okay.
  • Keep your mic muted (unless speaking) and your video on; I can’t help correct your form if I can’t see you.
  • Be mindful of and respectful to others in the class.
  • Recommended equipment: Pilates mat, small hand weights, fitness ring, resistance bands.

For in-person sessions:

  • Please arrive on time or 5 minutes early.
  • Fitted clothing and grippy socks are recommended.
  • Hair should be pulled up into a high ponytail or covered to prevent getting caught in equipment.
  • For the same reason, avoid wearing necklaces or other dangling jewelry during your session.
  • Good vibes only – come prepared to get a great workout and leave feeling physically and mentally refreshed.
