For online classes:
- Please show up on time.
- Wear comfortable clothing; socks or barefoot is okay.
- Keep your mic muted (unless speaking) and your video on; I can’t help correct your form if I can’t see you.
- Be mindful of and respectful to others in the class.
- Recommended equipment: Pilates mat, small hand weights, fitness ring, resistance bands.
For in-person sessions:
- Please arrive on time or 5 minutes early.
- Fitted clothing and grippy socks are recommended.
- Hair should be pulled up into a high ponytail or covered to prevent getting caught in equipment.
- For the same reason, avoid wearing necklaces or other dangling jewelry during your session.
- Good vibes only – come prepared to get a great workout and leave feeling physically and mentally refreshed.
