Prepare for class:
- Please show up on time.
- Wear comfortable clothing; socks or barefoot is okay.
- Keep your mic muted (unless speaking) and your video on; I can’t help correct your form if I can’t see you.
- Be mindful of and respectful to others in the class.
- Good vibes only — come prepared to get a great workout and leave feeling physically and mentally refreshed!
Recommended equipment:
- Pilates mat
- Mini stability ball (preferably 8″ or 9″)
- Fitness ring
- Resistance bands
