- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of natural peanut butter
- 1/3 cup of honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup of almonds or walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup of dried cranberries or raisins
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cereal, rolled oats, almonds, and dried cranberries. Stir until evenly mixed.
