- 1 cup of whole-wheat breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly coat it with olive oil.

- Coat the Zucchini: Dip each zucchini stick into the egg mixture, ensuring it is well coated. Then, roll it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down gently to help the crumbs adhere.
- Arrange on the Baking Sheet: Place the coated zucchini sticks on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, turning once halfway through.
- Serve: Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
