Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of boneless, skinless turkey breast

  • 1 teaspoon on onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon if paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Cornbread Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the cornbread mix, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Prepare the Buttermilk Mixture: In another bowl, whisk together the low-fat buttermilk and egg white until well combined.
  4. Coat the Turkey: Dip each turkey breast into the buttermilk mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated. Then, dredge it in the cornbread mixture, pressing lightly to ensure the coating sticks.
