Class Descriptions

‣ Pilates Classes

Core & Posture — A deep dive into the “Pilates Powerhouse” to build a stable center and a taller spine. We use targeted abdominal series to strengthen the deep core muscles that protect your back and improve your daily alignment.

Spinal Alignment — The perfect antidote to a sedentary day, focusing on reversing the “slouch” and opening the chest. We strengthen the muscles of the back and improve spinal extension to leave you feeling flexible and inches taller.

Upper Body Power — Sculpt lean, defined arms and a strong upper back using bodyweight resistance and core integration. Every movement is designed to improve shoulder stability and upper-body tone without adding bulk.

Lower Body Sculpt — Target the glutes, hamstrings, and quads to build functional strength and lower-body definition. This class focuses on pelvic stability and hip mobility to improve your balance and power from the ground up.

Full Body Flow — A rhythmic, total-body session that integrates strength, mobility, and stamina into one continuous flow. We connect the work from the entire week into a seamless workout that hits every major muscle group.

‣ Chair Pilates

Restorative Chair Pilates (senior friendly) — A slow-paced, supportive class designed to release stiffness and improve mobility. Using a chair for total stability, we focus on gentle range-of-motion exercises to soothe joints and build functional strength. No floor work and no deep bending required.

‣ Meditation Classes

Dynamic Stillness (special series) — Join me for a 4-week guided meditation series every Sunday this April designed to find the “quiet” within the movement. This is the perfect mental complement to your physical practice, helping you integrate your health goals with a sense of peace.
