- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of low-sodium marinara sauce
- 3/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon of dried Italian herbs (such as oregano or basil)

Instructions
