Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup of milk (or a milk alternative)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 cup of fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs like parsley or dill for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Egg Mixture
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Sauté the Vegetables

  4. Combine with Egg Mixture
Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed vegetables in the skillet. Stir gently to distribute the ingredients evenly.
  5. Add Feta Cheese
Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the top of the egg mixture.
  6. Cook the Frittata
Let the frittata cook on the stove for about 5 minutes, or until the edges start to set.
  7. Bake in the Oven
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the frittata is fully set and lightly golden on top.
  8. Serve
Remove from oven and let it cool slightly before slicing. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
